silliness
more unusual observations and activities

Due to my involvement in anime fandom and creative works derived from such, I was introduced to the concept of the image song. This is usually a song sung by a character in a show, and which captures the essence of that character. My friends and I (and others) have extended this concept into soundtracks, which are collections of songs one feels describe a character or could conceivably be from a character's viewpoint.

Needless to say, I've attempted to start an Andrew LaFollet soundtrack. The question, however, is of what songs to put on it! So far, the only two songs I've found applicable are Prince's "I Would Die 4 U" and XTC's "Knights in Shining Karma." I'm still looking. I need some country music for it. I doubt the Graysons would have any particular fondness for the Minneapolis sound or Britpop.

Other LaFollet-inspired silliness has gone on about my little webworld, due to the discovery of the Mini-Mizer, a little Flash program which assists in the creation of pictures of little plastic people of the type that come with little plastic bricks. This leads to much wasting of time, and creations of such things as seen below.

I am just glad I couldn't find the link to the South Park character generator.
