If you're looking for other sites specifically about Andrew LaFollet, you're out of luck. You're already at the only dedicated site.
The best nonspoilery introduction to the Honor Harrington series is found on this node on Everything2. (All the other series recaps I've found are just full of spoilers for each book.)
Aegys's Hall of Honor is a fairly useful site, and has a bit of info on the first book in the series (for those of you wishing for a further introduction.)
Gold Seven's SciFi and Fantasy Stuff happens to be the only Honor Harrington fanart site in existence concentrating on characters rather than ships. It's great art, too! Unfortunately (for me at least) there aren't any pictures of Andrew LaFollet by himself, but he is lurking in the background in a few pictures--which is quite true to character.
If interested in the wee background details in the Honor Harrington series or in David Weber's other works, a visit to the "infodump" is worth your while. Even if you're not particularly interested, the timeline there is more coherent than mine and thus is more than worth your time to go see.
Here's an ambitious project that's trying to log every character and ship in the series. It's fairly complete and very useful for people like me who forget everything between books!
The below are just rings and cliques I've joined, having to do with character shrines in general.
